Here, we cultivate a selection of typical Sicilian plants and crops, deeply rooted in the island’s agricultural heritage — including our Sicilian coffee, a unique expression of flavor and identity that reflects the richness of this extraordinary land.

Bring Fresh Ingredients Back And Cook In Your Own Lodge
During your stay, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase fresh, organic products from our farm directly on site. You can then cook them yourself in your lodge, fully equipped with a private kitchen. It’s a way to experience the local land through its flavors, rediscover the simplicity of wholesome, healthy food, and feel truly connected to this place
Every morning I would walk to the farm’s vegetable garden, where I could pick tomatoes, eggplants, basil… everything naturally grown without treatments.
There was also a small selection of locally grown tropical fruits such a wonderful surprise.
