The Good Waves
Where It All Began.
It all started with a wave.
We are Valerio and Alessandro, two friends brought together by a shared passion for surfing and outdoor living. We met during a surf session in Salento, between good waves and long conversations on the beach.
From the very beginning, we decided to leave behind our previous corporate lives in Milan and realized we shared much more than just a sport: the same love for nature, simplicity, and that true sense of freedom that only certain moments can give you.
Only later did we discover something unexpected: back in 2018 four years before meeting, Valerio had actually sent his CV to Alessandro’s former startup to apply for a job. A coincidence that now feels like part of the story all along.
The Idea
Over time, between travels, surfboards, and shared dreams, an idea began to take shape. One day, coming back to shore after a surf session, one of us said, “Life should feel like this, every day.” That moment became the inspiration behind Eutierra: an eco-sustainable basecamp overlooking the sea, set in the coasts of Val di Noto in Sicily, where you can live each day with that same sense of intensity and fullness. A place to slow down, reconnect with nature, cook with local ingredients, explore, and share meaningful moments together.

It’s not just about staying in a place, it’s about becoming part of a community of people who share your same passion. Nature, movement, good energy and meaningful experiences. Days are about exploring, trying new things and living the present fully. Evenings are made for slowing down, being together and enjoying simple moments that turn into lasting memories. All under a sky full of stars, with the sound of the sea’s breaking waves right in front of you.
